The telephone system has enough capacity for both legacy and IP ports, and the system is expanded by an activation key or expansion cabinet that is utilised when you need it to. It can also be connected to the Panasonic KX-NS1000 telephone system to make a multi site small, medium and enterprise solution.

The system is expandable from 6 extensions, all the way to 288 extensions with Expansion Units. It has a complete unified communications system that has advanced IP features, some of them being mobile linking, integrated voicemail and e-mail, instant messaging (chat), and presence information.
Easy installation and maintenance
The installer can programme everything related to functions such as PBX and Voicemail, thanks to a built-in web server. Programming can even be carried out remotely.
Auto Attendant is a standard feature on the Panasonic KX-NS700 this will enable you to connect your customers and suppliers to the correct person depending on their requirements. It will also prompt your callers to leave a voice message when the respondent is away.
Use Existing Resources
You can use you existing analogue and digital handsets from Panasonic can continue to be used, enabling a system to be replaced at a low-cost without wasting resources.
The Panasonic KX-NS700 is also a voicemail system that can record a maximum of 24 channels at the same time and store up to 400 hours. It will then deliver an email to let users know new voice messages are available. The messages can also be received as attachment files and forwarded. When you have a miss calls an email can also be sent to informed you enabling users to quickly contact the customer.
Call Centre Solution
The Panasonic KX-NS700 includes an advanced call routing function for small to medium-sized call centres. This function can be used without an external CTI server. More efficient call reception enables you to effectively use limited resources to aid in improving customer service.
Auto-Recording and Backing up Conversations
The voicemail system function can be used to automatically record conversations with customers. The recorded voice data can be automatically saved to USB memory or an external server via the internet, and listened when required. The data can be used to understand problems or opportunities relating to customer service.

You can also switch easily between desk phones and portable devices during conversations. Finally, DECT paging allows conversations to be shared among multiple participants.
Mobile Phone Integration:
There’s no need for you to have multiple contact numbers for people who also use a cellular phone. The Panasonic KX-NS700 telephone systems includes features for integrating cellular phones and smartphones with your office communications network, allowing mobile terminals (including smartphones and softphones) to be used just like office extensions – making and receiving calls and using system short-dialling codes from mobile devices.
Simultaneous Receiving Calls with Grouped Phones
Up to four cellular phones can be assigned as members of an Incoming Call Distribution (ICD) group, and receive calls to the group. Calls to the extension in the office can be received simultaneously on cellular phones. This enables a member of the group to handle calls when the main contact person is away.
The Panasonic KX-NS7000 allows you to record up to 400 hours of voicemail, and receive email notifications when a call is missed or voicemail left. Also, thanks to a Microsoft Outlook plug-in, users can use the contents of their mailboxes in the same way they do for email.
